Because it will not support your best diet plan. Here are 5 tips you must avoid for your best diet plan if you want to succeed in the diet:

Some people said about avoiding fruit for your best diet plan. Do you know what the difference between the sugar contained in fruit with sugar than you normally eat cake, snack, or other sweet drinks?
