Being Cool with “No Smoking”


Big city has high levels of pollution. One of the biggest amount of pollution were contributed by many motor vehicles. Combustion enginee vehicles in the process producing a wide range of pollutants such as CO, lead and other harmful gases. If it inhaled by our breathing system, it will accumulate in our bodies so this will be harmful to our body and it can invite disease. Besides  pollution from vehicles, there is also a lot of factories that dump their wastes into the open air. The amount of use of air conditioners and also added a computer server pollution. Now, many of us concern  to plant one tree. Recently became trend to tackle pollution in large cities. But we just neglect towards pollution threats that are closest to us, smoke cigarettes! Smoking has become a plural we find in the big cities in Indonesia. Jakarta for example, along the way we always find those who smoked a cigarette in his mouth. The school children were part of it to consume cigarettes. They seemed indifferent to all the health threat they are ready to pounce at any time.When we’re talking about how the dangers of smoking would all have understood. Moreover, heavy smokers who in one day could be spent more than four packs of cigarettes. They know because they are listed on the packs of cigarettes dangers of cigarettes. The threat of a heart attack, impotence, cancer, disorders of pregnancy and the fetus as it is so ordinary. They keep them busy blowing smoke into the air. Smoking is very dangerous. It is easy  with the straw smoke into the lungs of thousands of fine particles will get into the lungs and spreads through our blood.For those of you who smoke try to quit smoking. If you are not frightened by the threat of emerging diseases will happen then, just remember the people closest to you. Remember, your partner should be a second-hand smoke every day. They did not enjoy and feel of smoking, but they must be sacrificed to secondhand smoke. Basically healthy living is easy and inexpensive. No need to pay for expensive health. Compare if you smoke. How much we are spending a month on smoking? Most of us realize the importance of healthy living after we are exposed to the disease or people who we care for ill. Surely you do not want that happening is not it? Many roads lead to Rome, the old saying goes to illustrate how to achieve a wish. So it is with smoking, there are many ways that can be taken to overcome these bad habits. Ask for support from the people you arround you.
Support from them is the main capital so you can live a healthier and more vibrant look. Make those who you love as your excuse for not at all touched a cigarette. Make them proud of you can defeat your desires to smoke. Mostly smokers start smoking due to hanging out with friends who smoke. To reduce the bad influence of this you should avoid friends who smoke. Often when they are trying to quit smoking has always failed to hold back when he saw his friend smoking. Strong intention is the key to your success reduce smoking. To be healthier does require extra work. And strong intention will help your efforts to defeat all the temptations that are before you. Quitting smoking is not unlike the diet. Fail or success are determined by those who go it alone. The question is how much you desire to change towards a healthier lifestyle. Then when you know how much you want to change then implement in your everyday life. If you are getting used to controlling your desires for smoking means you have successfully conquered the desires of your own. Welcome to healthy life and being cool with “no smoking”!
