Lose Weight Fast and Easy


1. Don't burden yourself by unrealistic targets, having fun with your weight loss plan
2. Water, water, water.. Drink much more water and you will see the change in one week, try this as your    habit. your fun habit. you will see your skin enlightened and your face will be much more fresh
3. Use your treadmill or go for jogging at least 15 minutes a day, you can do it by listening music too. enjoy it:)
4. Decrease your eating portion, step by step.
5. Don't let your stomach empty. Fill it with enough foods : fruits and vegetables
6. Decrease using cooking oil. Try to substitute your fried menu too boiled menu. it will work well and fast to lose your weight. because cooking oil  is one of the most important factors of weight gain. 
7. When you are in hunger, try to eat vegetables and fruit as your main menu. 
8. Enjoy your food
9. Don't be stress for any reasons. keep smile:)
10.Sleep regularly with enough time everyday. It helps you reducing stress it also and make you fresh.
